Rarely reaches us the question, why it is not possible to pick the products. The answer is that we are just two persons, who conduct the Swiss Food Box operation.
Getting different delicacies for each and every member would result in very complicated issues with customs regulations around the globe and it would require us to have a big warehouse to fulfill everybody’s wishes.

Our subscriptions are renewed each month for a term of one month. So you can easily order one box and cancel or pause your subscription for as long as you want.
In this case, you will only be charged one time and you will receive your box with our next planned shipping.

Preparing and sending the Swiss Food Box takes a lot of work.
It starts with selecting the products for the next box. We have to consider and become familiar with all the different rules and regulations worldwide. Buying the products, bringing them to our packaging location and pack them into the box.
Printing the bills. Filling out customs papers. Filling out the Prior Notice for the United Stats of America. Stick all the documents on the box. Arrange the pick-up with the logistic provider. Handing over the packed box to the logistic provider and so on.
However, it does not stop there. As you know, we are super responsive on all our Social Media channels and you seldom wait for a reply for more than a few hours from us.

However, if you receive a Swiss Food Box that is damaged or is missing items, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. The sooner you contact us after delivery, the better.

Unfortunately it is not possible to subscribe to our service without a credit card at the moment.
The Swiss Food Box is a monthly subscription service. Therefore payment and delivery occur monthly. We will charge your credit card each month on the 15th as long as you do not cancel your subscription.
You will receive the Swiss Food Box the following month, if you order the box before 21th. If we get your order after the 21th, you will receive the box the month after the following.
